Signature list
Path in CC5: Files - Digital Signature
Here you can create new signature requests and you can view all your created requests in a list - also historic ones. Color codes and icons inform you about the process and display possible issues.
Tip!
This list displays status on request level. If you want to get a status at recipient level, see the Signature card.
+ Digital Signature: Allows you to create a new request. See Signature card and How to create and send signature requests.
Show: Opens the Signature card. If you want to edit the request, see also How to edit a request after sending.
Color codes before each line display the progress of the request.
-
Pending: The request is "waiting" for signatures. Some recipients may have already signed (you will see this when you open the signature card), but not all.
-
Cancelled: The request has been cancelled internally in your company before it has been signed.
-
Completed: The request is fully signed. A new email with a link to the signed documents has been sent to the recipients so that they can download them.
-
Expired: The signing deadline has expired.
-
Rejected: Only Egreement. At least 1 recipient has rejected the signature. This invalidates the entire request.
-
A warning symbol is displayed if at least one recipient e-mail was returned. Click View to correct the email address and send the request again.
-
If there is an issue with the signing (e.g. because an email address was wrong and has been returned), this icon is displayed next to the status. You must adjust the email address. Read more here.
This tab contains all distribution lists for digital signing. Distribution lists are fixed recipient groups like e.g. the leader group or the board of the company. The advantage of distribution groups is that you do not need to add recipients one by one each time you want to send out a document for digital signing.
